निगम के अधिकारी फागिंग की दस्तावेजों को देने से घबरा रहे…बड़े घोटाले का हो सकता है पर्दाफाश,उच्चस्तरीय जांच की मांग
बिलासपुर ,निगम के अधिकारियों की फागिंग के दस्तावेजों को देने में पसीना छूट रहा है ,नियम कानून का गलत हवाला देकर जानकारी को छुपाया जा रहा है ,इन्हें मालूम है कि दस्तावेजों को देने से बड़ा घोटाला खुलकर सामने आ सकता है ,अपीलार्थी को अपील अधिकारी के द्वारा भी किसी तरह का राहत नही दिया गया है स्प्ष्ट जानकारी होने के बावजूद सूचना के अधिकार का कैसे धज्जियां उड़ाई जा रही हैं वह निगम में देखा जा रहा है ,हालांकि जानकारी नहीं मिलने पर अपीलार्थी राज्य सूचना आयोग और केंद्र सूचना आयोग समेत अन्य सरकार के जांच एजेंसियों में शिकायत करने की तैयारी कर लिया है ,
वही निगम के इस तरह के रवैये से जनसूचना अधिकारी के बाद अपीलीय अधिकारी पर से भी विश्वास खत्म हो गया है ।
देखा जा रहा है कि निगम में मामूली और स्पस्ट जानकारी को भी नही दिया जा रहा है पिछले दो माह से जानकारी नहीं दिया जाकर बेवजह अपनी अपनी खाना पूर्ति किया जा रहा है दूसरी ओर बड़े घोटाले की डर से एक विभागीय व्यक्ति को बचाने की कोशिश की जा रही हैं वही इस घोटाले के सही जांच होने पर निगम के कई लोगों पर भरस्टाचार का गाज गिर सकता है अब देखना है कि निगम के उच्चाधिकारियों की इस ओर कब तक ध्यान आकर्षित होती है।

Despite having clear information, how the Right to Information (RTI) is being flouted is being seen in the corporation, however, on not getting the information, the appellant has prepared to complain to the State Information Commission (Raipur) and Central Information Commission (Delhi) along with other government investigation agencies,
This kind of attitude of the corporation has ended the trust on the appellate officer also after the Public Information Officer. It is being seen that even simple and clear information is not being given in the corporation. By not giving any information for the last two months, the work is being done unnecessarily to fulfill its formalities. On the other hand, due to the fear of a big scam, efforts are being made to save a departmental person. On the other hand, if a proper investigation of this scam is done, many people of the corporation may be accused of corruption. Now it has to be seen how long the attention of the higher officials of the corporation is drawn towards this.
